FQ浮起重机是按照“GB/T3811起重机设计规范”、“GB/T14734港口浮式起重机安全规程”、“船舶与海上设施起重设备规范（2001年）”以及“船舶与海上设备法定检验规则（1999年）”设计、制造的固定回转浮式起重机。为单臂架式（或四连杆式），钢丝绳（或齿条）变幅，采用复滑轮组补偿，货物可作水平位移，因此可全幅度带载变幅；旋转支承采用单排交叉滚柱式或球式回转支承，可作360°旋转，运转平稳，安全可靠。
本机型有吊钩、抓斗及吊抓两用三种机型供用户选择，并可根据用户要求进行各种非标设计。适用于内河及沿海船舶进行件杂物或散货的装卸作业。
本机可以安装在专用的船体或趸船上进行船与岸或船与船之间的装卸作业，同时还可以安装在岸边进行装卸作业。
